1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Customized or personalized jackets cannot be exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.

2. How to Request an Exchange

  • Send us an email at info@yellowstonejacketco.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.

  • We will respond with the return shipping details.

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement product will be processed and shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the exchange is due to an error or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping charges.

4. Processing Time

  • Once we receive the returned product, the replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
