How Shipment Works
- Our warehouses are located overseas.
- Express shipment via DHL and FedEx is employed for all orders.
- The entire shipping process is fully traceable, allowing customers to track their parcels to their doorstep.
- If you are unavailable to receive your shipment, you may leave a note on the door to direct delivery to a neighbor who can sign for it on your behalf.
- In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, the courier will leave a note with your shipment number and contact details.
- We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
What If the Shipment Is Late?
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, we will investigate and either refund your amount or send a replacement shipment, based on our policy. If you notice a delay, please email us, and we will provide the courier’s tracking number for you to check the status.
